. 24-hour Cancellation policy Your appointments are very important to BeyondBeauty. I hold your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide me with 24-hour notice. This way, I will be able to adjust my schedule accordingly and we may be able to accommodate other potential clients. I do, of course, understand that unavoidable situations may come up and will do my best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. However, if last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Here is my general breakdown of cancellation fees: • Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to %25 of reserved appointment(s) • ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 50% of service amount (Cards on file) NO CALL/NO SHOW will be charged $25 when booking their next appointment. •There is a $10 Late fee after being 10mins late... THERE IS A $15 late fee after being ONLY 15 mins late. IF YOU ARE 20 MINUTES LATE YOU WILL BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE. As a courtesy, I do call or text to confirm the date and time at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If I’m unable to reach you and leave a message, or cannot reach you at all, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees.
